Unused physical products should be returned in their original condition and packaging. Custom, personalized, used, sharpened, or service-related items may need individual review before a refund or exchange can be approved.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or does not match the order, contact Blacksmith Blades with the order number and clear photos so the issue can be reviewed.

Sharpening and custom work

Sharpening, repair, and custom shear work may involve customer-owned tools or made-to-order configuration. Eligibility for changes, refunds, or rework depends on the condition of the item and the agreed service scope.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Bank and payment provider processing times can vary after the refund is issued.
